Project Overview:

This project offers a unique opportunity to explore the intricacies of Supply Chain and AI/Data Products. As an intern, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders to develop a comprehensive knowledgebase for the Algo product suite. This role is tailored to sharpen your technical writing and knowledge management skills, offering you firsthand experience in how advanced AI can be leveraged to enhance supply chain efficiencies and drive business value.

Objectives:

• Knowledgebase Creation: Develop detailed, accessible, and clear knowledgebase articles that highlight each feature of Algo's Product Suite.
• FAQ Development: Create and document frequently asked questions by analyzing product usage and proactively addressing common user concerns.
• Content Management: Efficiently organize and categorize knowledgebase content to ensure user-friendliness and ease of access.
• Enhance Product Usability: Create resources that simplify the understanding and application of product features, thus enhancing user experience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research: Undertake comprehensive research on our product offerings, including features, use cases, and typical user challenges.
• Writing and Editing: Produce clear, informative, and technically accurate content such as articles, guides, and FAQs, avoiding technical jargon.
• Collaboration: Liaise closely with product teams to ensure the accuracy and relevance of information.
• Quality Control: Regularly update content based on user feedback and analytics to maintain its relevance and accuracy.

• Students majoring in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Data Science, Product Management or related fields.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a proven ability to simplify complex technical information.
• A keen interest in AI technology, Supply Chain, Technical Writing or Product Management.
• Capable of independent and collaborative work, with a commitment to high-quality output and continuous learning.
