Mid Level UI/UX Designer

CodeNinja, an Information Technology and Services company, is currently seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer at CodeNinja, you'll be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging experiences that delight our users. Our company helps software engineers in emerging markets by solving hard technology problems across various industries. Therefore, as part of the team, you will be challenged to work on projects that will positively impact communities across the world.

• Establish and drive the overall UI/UX vision and strategy for our products
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications for user interfaces
• Conduct user research and testing to identify and implement design improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to create cohesive product experiences
• Continually evaluate and iterate on design solutions based on user feedback
• Maintain and enforce design standards and style guides
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies in the UI/UX space
