 Role Purpose:
Oracle EBS Techno Functional consultant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning and day-to-day operations of various modules within the Oracle E-Business Suite, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Purchase Orders (PO), Project Billing, Inventory, Human Resource Management System (HRMS), and Payroll. The role involves both functional and technical proficiency in these modules, along with expertise in SQL, PL/SQL programming, interface development, XML Publisher, form customization, and OAF page development. The primary objective is to support the organization's business processes by maintaining, customizing, and enhancing the Oracle ERP system to meet evolving business needs.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide technical and functional support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or configurations as required for AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, PO, Project Billing, and Inventory modules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes within these modules.
Manage HRMS and Payroll modules, ensuring accurate processing of employee data and payroll transactions.
Support HR functions including employee onboarding, offboarding, leave management, and performance evaluation processes.
Write and optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL procedures to support reporting, data extraction, and system customization requirements.
Design and develop custom reports using XML Publisher to meet business reporting needs.
Customize report layouts, templates, and data sources as per business requirements.
Customize Oracle forms using personalization features to tailor user interfaces and enhance user experience.
Implement form validations, defaulting rules, and other customizations as needed.
Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to design and implement OAF pages to support specific business processes.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of supplier records, supplier bank details, and material master data in the Oracle ERP system.

. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field with 5+ years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in Oracle ERP modules including AP, AR, GL, PO, Project Billing, Inventory, HRMS, and Payroll.
Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL programming, experience with interface development using APIs. Familiarity with XML Publisher, Oracle Forms personalization, and OAF page development.
Excellent problem-solving skills, Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
