We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be
responsible for the process design, operation, and implementation. The
successful candidate will be able to improve the organization'sprocesses in order to maintain efficiency,
reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability.
●Develop, configure,
and optimize the organization’s processes from inception through to start-up
and certification
●Assess processes, interpret data and identify trends and gaps
●Develop best
practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve software development
procedures and the quality of output
●Perform risk
assessments
●Provide and update
process documentation and manuals.
●Evaluate
the quality of the ongoing projects by conducting process audits.
●Assist
with process related enquiries through the dedicated channel
●Proven work experience of 3-6 years in process engineering and Atlassian JiraAdministration.
●Experience in software development and SDLC.
●Knowledge of
process-related standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and
CMMI Dev
v3.0).
●Participated in external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and/or CMMI Dev
v3.0.
●Experience in drafting
documentation.
●Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Google Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
skills
●Analytical thinker
with interpersonal skills
●BS degree in Software
Engineering, Computer Science.
