Reliability Associate - Mechanical

Job Description:

• ITI /Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Industrial Trade certificate with 10 years experience
• Hands-on with packaging
• Experience in R&M
• Hands-on with welding

• Ensures implementation and execution of the preventive maintenance schedule as per the plan to improve the Availability and be the technical reference in the respective area.
• Accountable for all planned mechanical maintenance tasks (scheduled & emergent) relevant to dry/wet pet food process, packaging, utilities rotating, and ancillary equipment including solids conveying equipment, liquids transfer pumps, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform complete overhauling of power transmission devices, and electro-pneumatic cylinders, rebuild/refurbishment of equipment, and support Centre-lining of machines.
• Responsible for the implementation of 5S in the work area along with Auto CAD
• Ensure legal and company compliance for process and Packaging equipment and upkeep of all records.
• MTBF & MTTR records and equipment history card data to be logged.
• Mechanical Problems troubleshooting, producing data for BDA/Basic Root Cause Analysis, and Development of Solution
