Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Description:

• Manage AWS services such as EC2, WAF, Load Balancers, Security Groups, S3, CloudFront, Route53, and AWS Workspaces.

  
  

• Handle Azure cloud resources as required, supporting teams in leveraging Azure capabilities.

  
  

• Oversee SQL Server database administration, including performance tuning, security, backups, and recovery operations.

  
  

• Implement and monitor cloud security practices, including the management of security groups and firewall rules.

  
  

• Conduct routine backups, snapshots, and ensure robust disaster recovery and data integrity strategies are in place for both cloud resources and database systems.

  
  

• Schedule and conduct maintenance of cloud infrastructure and database systems to ensure updated and smooth functioning.

  
  

• Support LAN network infrastructure management, including Domain Controllers and VPN connections.

  
  



Requirements:

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS and Azure platforms.

  
  

• Proficient in managing SQL Server databases, including maintenance, performance tuning, and disaster recovery.

  
  

• Experience with networking principles and technologies, including DNS, routing, and VPN.

  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex cloud and database environments.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with modern hosted application architectures such as serverless, microservices, and container-based deployments.

  
  

• Experience with specific AWS and Azure services like AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, AWS Elastic Beanstalk, Azure App Services, and AKS, which facilitate rapid development and reduced infrastructure overhead.

  
  

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Azure certifications.

Salary: Market Competitive
Working Days: Monday to Friday. 
Working Hours:  10:00 A.M 6:00 P.M (Flexible Hours: An additional 1.5 hours may be worked between 9:00 and 07:30)
