Manage and scale a portfolio of existing corporate clients and proactively build and maintain strong relationships
Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client base by bringing new corporate customers onboard
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and promptly address any issues or concerns
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and successful delivery of services
Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to track and analyze client data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights
Actively engage in the collection and recovery of payments from corporate customers
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to provide business updates to both internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and contribute to diverse projects
Stay up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential business opportunities
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate account management or sales capacity
Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a focus on customer satisfaction
Familiarity with Salesforce and Tableau would be a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
