JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a senior content writer, you will be a pivotal part of our content creation team, responsible for crafting engaging, well-researched, and informative content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience. You will work closely with our marketing team to develop, write, edit, and publish a variety of content, including blog posts, articles, website copy, whitepapers, case studies, social media content, and more. Your writing will not only drive brand awareness but also support customer engagement, lead generation, and thought leadership within our industry.

• Contribute to the development and execution of content strategies aligned with business goals and target audience interests.
• Produce high-quality, long-form content, including articles, whitepapers, and case studies, showcasing industry expertise and thought leadership.
• Conduct in-depth research on complex topics and industry trends using primary and secondary sources for content accuracy and credibility.
• Review and edit own work and junior writers' work to meet quality standards in grammar, style, and consistency.
• Implement advanced SEO strategies to optimize content for search engines, improving organic visibility and driving traffic.
• Develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their pain points for creating tailored content solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create content distribution plans across channels like the website, social media, email newsletters, and paid promotions.
• Regularly maintain and update existing content to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Monitor content performance using advanced analytics tools, draw insights, and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating your expertise.
• Qualification: Bachelors in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
