We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Social Media Marketing Manager to champion our brand across the digital landscape. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
Must have skills:
- Proficiency in major social media networks (likely including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, potentially others depending on the company's focus). Understanding of platform-specific best practices.
- Experience with social media analytics dashboards (native tools and third-party services) to track metrics, gain insights, and generate reports.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy that resonates with the target audience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to adjust messaging styles based on different platforms and goals (e.g., promotional vs. customer service).
- Demonstrates empathy, responsiveness, and strong problem-solving abilities when responding to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Flexibility to quickly change messaging or tactics based on new trends, algorithm updates, or campaign performance data.
