Sr. Quality and Risk Manager - Onsite - Lahore
Job Summary:
The Quality and Risk Management Senior plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, risk mitigation, and compliance within the audit firm. This position involves overseeing and implementing quality control processes, managing risks associated with audit engagements, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. The Quality and Risk Management Senior collaborates with various stakeholders, including audit teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, to uphold the firm's commitment to excellence and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.
- Conduct regular reviews of audit engagements to assess the quality of work, adherence to established procedures, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide guidance and training to audit teams on quality control best practices.
2. Risk Management:
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with audit engagements and propose risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring the firm's policies and procedures remain current and in compliance.
- Collaborate with audit teams to address and resolve risk-related issues
3. Policy Development and Implementation:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of firm
-wide quality control and risk management policies.
- Ensure effective communication and understanding of policies and procedures among audit professionals.
4. Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions on quality control and risk management topics for audit staff.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and best practices to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
5. Internal and External Communication:
- Act as a liaison between the audit firm and regulatory bodies on quality control and risk management matters.
- Collaborate with clients to address concerns and provide assurance on the firm's commitment to quality and risk management.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to quality control and risk management processes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to quality and risk management.

Timings: Saudi working days will be followed Sunday to Thursday : 10:00 A.M 7:00 P.M
