One of our client company specialises in innovative AutoID, RFID and locating solutions. They have evolved from a technology creation company to a hands-on AutoID and machine vision integrator. We combine a thorough understanding of business processes and IT-systems with deep, extensive technical knowledge of a large variety of AutoID, RFID and locating technologies. We have collected extensive experience in deploying innovative technologies in logistics and manufacturing environments.


Job description:
Business Analyst plays a multifaceted role in bridging the gap between technical information and business requirements. This individual is responsible for creating clear and concise documentation while also understanding and analyzing business processes and translating them into actionable requirements. They work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and user-friendly documentation that aligns with business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • ‌Gather and analyze business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, including business managers, project managers, and end users.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise written materials, such as user manuals, installation guides, and online help systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation that supports business processes, workflows, and software systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), and other relevant documentation.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve documentation and user experience.
  • Ensure documentation aligns with industry standards, best practices, and compliance regulations.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to end users on the effective use of systems and processes.
  • Monitor project performance and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • ‌Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into clear and understandable language.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation using tools such as Microsoft Word, Adobe FrameMaker, or content management systems.
  • Solid understanding of business processes, workflows, and software development methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and adherence to documentation standards.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with usability testing and user-centered design principles.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.
  • Business domain knowledge relevant to the industry or sector.

Job Details:


Experience: 3-5 years
Work Timings: 11am to 8 pm 
Work Days: Monday- Friday
Location:  Valencia Tower, Lahore
