Position opened: HR & Operations Manager


Job Description:


As the HR and Operations Manager, you will be an ambitious generalist and instrumental in driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and serving as a key liaison between senior leadership and various departments while taking direct ownership of operations.


  • Key Responsibilities


  • Operational Execution: Oversee, execute and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organisation (including finance, HR, ops and legal)


  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead and execute key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving successful outcomes (e.g. internship program, strategy planning or implementing a systems overhaul)


  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between different teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects and initiatives


  • Finance: Oversee the finance function in Karachi, including day to day activities, overall planning, forecasting and reporting


  • Human Resources: Manage the HR function for the Karachi office Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for hiring in the Karachi office Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.


  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting top candidates.


  • Planning and implementing recruitment strategies to target and on-board high-quality human resources.


  • Involved in end-to-end recruitment process from approvals to formulating job description, sourcing, interviewing and extending offers.


  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.


  • Use metrics to report hiring data.


  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders for timely employee on-boarding and orientation.


  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.


  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to help run the operations smoothly.


  • Maintain, follow up and respond daily Incoming/outgoing emails, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders as needed.


  • Handle general admin requests, feedback, and queries.


  • Excellent soft & hard record-keeping, reporting, and presentation skills.
