Job description:

As a UI / UX Designer specializing in Web3, you will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our decentralized applications (dApps) and blockchain-based platforms.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will blend your design expertise with a deep understanding of blockchain technology to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences that enhance usability and contribute to the evolution of user interactions within the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and goals
• Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, aligning with brand guidelines and enhancing the overall user experience
• Utilize Figma and other design tools to update and maintain our design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to make data-driven design decisions
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and knowledge
• Work closely with developers to implement and refine UI elements during the development process
• Create and maintain design documentation, such as style guides and design specifications

Requirements

• Proven 3yrs + experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
• Proficiency in Figma and other relevant design tools
• Extensive knowledge of user interface design principles, interaction design, and design systems
• Solid understanding of user-centered design and usability principles
• Ability to effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience collaborating with developers and other stakeholders in an Agile development environment
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Familiarity with Web3 applications, blockchain technology and decentralization principles
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical team members

Bonus Skills

• Experience working in Web3
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Familiarity with motion design and prototyping tools

Job Details:

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Work Timings: 9am to 6 pm PKT
• Work Days: Monday- Friday
• Location: Johar Town Lahore
• Work Mode: Hybrid
