Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with QRDI Council goals to organize and regulate the HR services within the Council
Lead the annual manpower budgeting plan, report it to the Secretary General and QRDI management
Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and QRDI policies.
Foster a positive workplace culture, emphasizing employee engagement and well-being to create a motivational work environment.
Contribute to long-term organizational planning and strategy development.
Serve as a primary escalation point of contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Manage office facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive work environment
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract innovation and research talents to QRDIC
Utilize data and analytics to assess HR effectiveness and provide insights for decision-making.
Stay informed about industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Interview candidates to assess the existence of the required job competencies and skills
Oversea the performance evaluation process and provide guidance to QRDIC line managers throughout the process to maintain smooth appraisal cycle
Resolve appraisal appeals and monitor PIP progress
Oversee training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities
Oversea Employee relations related activities including promotions, increments, grievances, appeals etc.
Lead incidents investigation committees to ensure fair outcome in compliance with the policies
Provide recommendations of the corrective actions as per policy, whenever required
Oversea immigration related requests to ensure smooth and prompt service delivery to QRDI Council staff
Manage contract terminations and ensure smooth exit process
Communicate any HC policy changes to QRDI Council staff and ensure compliance
Act as the primary focal point for Employees’ emergency support and report it to the risk team
Develop and implement contingency plans in crisis times to ensure the safety of the employees
Manage the administration team and oversea the travel arrangements for QRDI Council Expert Advisory and Council Members
Other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisor
Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Minimum 8 years of full- time experience in Human Capital
Strong Communication skills
Excellent problem- solving skills
SPHR Certification is an advantage
Fluent Arabic and English speaking is required
Excellent Computer skills
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
