Fleet Maintenance Coordinator(Long Term Contract)

Position: Fleet Maintenance Coordinator (CONTRACTOR)

Period: Long Term (Renewable)

Location: Doha Qatar

Looking for candidates with experience in the energy sector/ oil & gas industry who are available in Qatar.

Job description -

• Perform scheduled checks all the transport trailer , vehicles, auto parts and Cryo parts.
• Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of all trucks and to ensure that work has been done according to the agreed schedule. Maintain a service and maintenance record of all vehicles
• Provide a contract in place for the regular work done, preventive & corrective maintenance of trailer, flat beds, equipment etc. in order to fix garages.
• Assign work areas and tasks to contractors, suppliers, and ensuring the timely completion.
• Supervises LI maintenance teams and ensures the work to be done is in accordance with reports received from the drivers.
• Forwards work orders to LI maintenance teams and notifies the dispatcher regarding the availability of equipment, depending on the maintenance required.
• Assesses training needs for each individual and sees that each receives the required training.
• Check vehicles to ensure that they are functioning appropriately before receiving from workshops.
• The job holder may require replacing the Logistics Supervisor during his vacation / sometimes to share his workload during peak requirements where he needs to work during day / night shifts.

Preference will be given to candidates who are competent, qualified, and immediately available.
