Responsibilities:

3. Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams, to facilitate installation activities and resolve technical issues.
4. Conduct site surveys, assessments, and inspections to evaluate project requirements, site conditions, and safety considerations.
5. Supervise installation teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.
6. Manage equipment procurement, logistics, and inventory to support installation activities and project timelines.
7. Monitor installation progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet project milestones and objectives.
8. Prepare installation documentation, including reports, drawings, and as-built records, to support project completion and handover.
9. Liaise with commissioning engineers, operations teams, and clients to facilitate the transition from installation to operational readiness.
10. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards governing installation activities and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field). Master's degree or professional certifications preferred.
2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in installation engineering, preferably in the telecommunications, energy, or manufacturing industries.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing installation projects from planning through execution, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
4. Solid technical expertise in equipment installation, wiring, cabling, and mechanical assembly, with knowledge of relevant tools and techniques.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
6. Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations and protocols related to installation activities.
7. Proficiency in project management software, CAD tools, and MS Office suite.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements in a dynamic environment.
