Preference will be given to candidates who has SAP technical background/experience, as they will be working with tcode/s within SAP system, analyzing data, understanding the risk factors associated and presenting reports to relevant stakeholders.
Assist the IA Director IA Assistant Manager in preparing the IA Department Budget and Resource Plans and periodically monitoring actual cost vs. budgeted figures.
Effectively plan the audit engagements, ensure timely communication with auditees, define the scope, objectives and timelines - this should be done in consultation with the IA Director IA Assistant Manager.
Develop risk based audit programs that reflects key risks and clear understanding of IT, business operations, departmental/ process goals and objectives .
Perform audits and IT audits as per Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and IAD Guidelines, supervise and review the work of junior audit staff assigned to the audit engagement, and ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within the budget.
Complete all assigned internal audit engagements for the year as per IA Strategy.
Conduct special audits (ad-hoc reviews) and other tasks as assigned by the IA Director IA Assistant Manager. Prepare presentations, to report audit results to the Board of Directors. Prepare and maintain internal audit working papers, IA Memos, administrative records and other internal communications as per Records Management and IIA Working Paper Standards. Identify, analyze and evaluate potential issues, then facilitate the resolution of such issues by developing recommendations to enhance internal control processes and information systems. Assist the IA Director/ IA Assistant Manager in preparing the Development/Training Plan for IA Department.
