We are pleased to announce this incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo Revenue Management team as a Lead Cargo Revenue Integrity Analyst in our office in Doha.

The Lead Cargo Revenue Integrity Analyst supports the revenue integrity teams and is responsible for designing, maintaining and executing processes related to revenue integrity in order to ensure the expected revenue is generated from all offered and services across the Qatar Airways Cargo Network. 


Some of the tasks include:
•    Manage revenue leakage through analysis of bookings, rates/tariffs, other charges, master data system computation and financial data. Subsequently engage with stakeholders to conclude root cause analysis and take action where required.


•    Contribute to the implementation of a revenue integrity KPI structure. Provide guidelines and analysis to the management for target setting and planning to reach these targets; Review and develop revenue integrity of the business at a region, station, product and customer level; Engage with the network and revenue accounting to assure processes are implemented and targets met.


•    Support Revenue Integrity Manager and stakeholders to conduct external and internal audits and policies, processes and setups. Subsequently assist to plan structured and effective action from audit findings.


•    Analyse and monitor revenue integrity at booking, station and regional level in a data-driven way, and create insights into revenue leakage through creation of management reports and dashboards.


•    Create a structured analysis of impact revenue integrity policies and processes to measure, analyse and reduce revenue leakage in the cargo division.

Qualifications

Qualifications


About you
•    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum of 4 years of job - related experience
•    Experience in Cargo Business and Data Process
•    Good knowledge of basic cargo tariff, IATA Cargo rules and interline is preferred
•    Advanced MS office skills
•    Strong data analytic skills
•    Highly data - and process driven, able to quickly draw accurate conclusions from data and act in a structured way
•    Experience in investigation is preferred
•    Excellent analytical - and communication skills
