Production Engineer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Production Engineer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Production Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively. You will collaborate with various departments, including design, quality assurance, and maintenance, to optimize production operations and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize production efficientcy.
2. Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and equipment for uninterrupted production.
3. Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed customer expectations.
4. Adherence to safety protocols and efficient utilization of resources.
5. Troubleshoot production issues and implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize downtime.
6. Analyze production data and generate reports for management to facilitate informed decision-making.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of production planning and control principles.
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
6. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
