About the job Project Coordinator (12 Months Contract)
Identify and manage project risks and lead communication with working groups
Build an effective collaboration within the department and all involved project work streams.
Manage the various project work packages
Facilitate with the formation of cross departmental working teams to ensure project work packages are planned and requirements are obtained and shared with all relevant stakeholders.
Report on the health of the project and team performance against established service level agreements at set project progress reviews.
Assist with reviewing and refining the guidelines and templates for the project planning and tracking approach
Assist with defining and maintaining the work breakdown structure for all project plans.
Facilitate to organise project management workshops to ensure adequate understanding and usage of project management tools within the various project teams.
Track the change management requirements among the different stakeholders required to adopt new approaches
