5+ years of experience in the area of social and content, with strong managerial experience.
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage and expand the online community.
Create high-quality, visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
Curate relevant and engaging content from both internal and external sources.
Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand messaging.
Manage and oversee all social media platforms (e.g., Meta, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
Stay updated on platform features, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
Develop strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Experience producing content for multiple distribution channels
Knowledge of content best practices, and knowledge of Qatar's Fintech industry is preferable.
Candidate should be locally available in Qatar with transferrable visa
