Key Roles & Responsibilities
• Receive materials from suppliers and ensure proper documentation and quantities are in place
• Update relevant system of materials received and issue daily material received note
• Dispatch material to concerned user (issue dispatch/ delivery note)
• Ensure proper and accurate costing of invoices by checking each invoice against material requisitions
• Preparation of all invoices for settlement
• Ensure the store is clean and undergoes regular maintenance
• Manage delivery of goods to vessels on maintenance days
• Register daily store records and movement of material and product
• Input proper and accurate inventory data into the system
• Perform other job-related duties and projects as assigned
Education & Professional Qualification:
- High School or Secondary School
Professional Experience:
- 2-3 years' experience in a warehouse or distribution area
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience in warehousing/ inventory/ shipping/ receiving is preferred
Geographic Experience:
- Middle East/GCC experience is preferred
Computer Skills:
- Working knowledge of Office and web applications
- Experience in using modern WMS systems including barcoding, Master data, RF, etc..
Language Skills:
- Fluent in English - both written and spoken
- Other languages are preferred
Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of general warehouse operations
