Responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives to support the growth and progression of technical professionals within the organization.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify development needs, create customized development plans, and deliver targeted learning opportunities.

Requirements:
10+ years extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive career development programs and initiatives preferably in the Defense sector
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., L&D, Organizational Development, or a technical discipline). A Master's degree is a plus.
Must be a native Arabic speaker. Excellent English communications.
Strong understanding of technical roles, competencies, and career paths within the organization.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of career development programs.
Professional certifications related to career development, coaching, or training are desirable.
