Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Lead to join our team in Saudi. As an Account Lead, you will be responsible for growing long lasting relationship with our client and ensure client satisfaction.


Job Responsibilities:


-Analyze client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet the client objectives


-Serve as the primary point of contact for current and future clients


-Build and maintain robust relationships with key clients and partners, tailoring solutions to their specific needs


-Collaborate with internal teams such as Project managers, media, creative and production teams to  develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional service. 


-Prepare regular reports on account status, and customer feedback


-Resolve any issues or concerns raised by client in a timely and satisfactory manner


-Report regularly to senior management on projects progress and customer feedback. 



Qualifications

-Minimum of 10 years’ experience in pharma marketing role.


-Minimum of 3 year’ experience as an Account lead or in a similar key account management role.


-Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients


-Strong leadership qualities with the ability to influence others without authority


-You have a strategic and creative thinking skills for identifying and solving challenges.


-Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude negotiate effectively


-Healthcare marketing agency experience is a plus
