Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and finance. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. You will also be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
2. Prepare and maintain financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Ensure compliance with local regulations and financial reporting requirements.
4. Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
6. Monitor and reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
7. Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial reports.
8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
9. Assist in the implementation of financial systems and processes.
10. Provide support for audits and other financial reviews.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
3. Strong knowledge of local regulations and financial reporting requirements.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
10. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
