We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in budgeting and planning within the construction industry, with a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to work with complex financial data.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial software tools (e.g., Excel, Microsoft Project, SAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and budget management.
