Business Development Associate

• Overview and ensure organized and accessible file system for sales and marketing resources
• Developing and growing sales pipeline and communicating with perspective clients
• Organize and maintain pipeline and opportunities updated at all times including using company CRM and other tools
• Preparation of proposals and partnership presentations
• Organizing and implementing sales actions and strategies to achieve revenue objectives
• Research and analysis of business opportunities and partnerships to achieve sustainable revenue growth
• Evaluating and improving sales process efficiency in collaboration with other departments (i.e. marketing, operations)
• Performing market and competitor analysis toward to achieve company market share objectives
• Lead and develop client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships
• Liaising and following up with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue

Prepare and lead community engagement and events for community 

• The ability to work with the team in a positive and energetic manner
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• The ability to take initiatives and generate new ideas
• Strong communications skills in Arabic and English

• Bachelor’s degree
