Civil Site Supervisor

Civil Engineer is responsible to develop and implements strategies and programs to enhance plant availability and to reduce operating and maintenance costs; this includes the application of new technology. Also, provide technical support for engineering, construction, and commissioning of Civil, structural, architectural activities including foundation integrity.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in refinery and petrochemical unit's Flawless project delivery, stat up, Operation philosophy, and operation general instruction.
• Provide technical support for petrochemical unit's operation readiness, pre-commissioning and commissioning including start-up philosophy and spare part requirements
• Participate in petrochemical unit's Performance Acceptance Test (PAT), Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) study.
• Design and analyze structural systems for oil and gas projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project success

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have 7 years experience (minimum), and be competent onshore/offshore Civil Engineers 
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience working on large-scale projects in the oil and gas industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
