We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder to lead our exciting new venture in the field of wealth management. As the CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the company, driving growth, and establishing a strong presence in the competitive wealth management market. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of leadership, a deep understanding of wealth management, and a passion for building and scaling businesses.
As the CEO and Co-Founder of our company, you will play a key role in driving our success by the following responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
+ Provide visionary leadership to drive the digital wealth management platform's growth, positioning, and innovation within the fintech landscape.
+ Develop and communicate a compelling strategic vision that aligns with the unique needs and expectations of high net worth individuals in Saudi Arabia.
Wealth Tech Expertise:
+ Leverage extensive experience in fintech and wealth technology to enhance the platform's digital capabilities and ensure it remains at the forefront of industry advancements.
+ Experience working in the private markets through direct interactions with private market funds or fund platforms
+ Drive the implementation of cutting-edge technologies, such as artificial intelligence and machine learning, to optimize client services and investment strategies.
High Net Worth Client Focus:
+ Demonstrate a deep understanding of the expectations and preferences of high net worth individuals.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with high net worth clients, understanding their unique financial goals and providing tailored solutions.
Regulatory Compliance:
+ Stay abreast of the regulatory environment in Saudi Arabia, ensuring that the platform complies with all relevant financial regulations, particularly those related to digital wealth management.
Team Leadership and Development:
+ Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client-centricity.
+ Mentor and develop talent, ensuring that the team possesses the skills and knowledge required for success in the wealth tech sector.
Partnership and Stakeholder Management:
+ Establish and nurture strong relationships with strategic partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with key players in the financial ecosystem to expand the platform's reach and enhance its service offerings.
Qualifications:
Must-Have Requirements and Qualifications:

You have a strong burning desire to start your own company and are willing to take all the sacrifices and risks it comes with Proven track record as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the wealth management or fintech industry Background in serving high net worth individuals and private wealth management. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy. You are currently a resident in KSA
It would be awesome, if you have:
Previous work experience in a startup Relevant CME certifications for the capacity of managing investments: Completed CME-4 certification (CME-4A and CME-4B) Experience in digital wealth management or wealthtech Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Fluent in Arabic and English Working experience in KSA or GCC
