Job Description: Responsibilities:
Assist HR department on various employment-related matters, including but not limited to compliance with labor laws, employee relations, discrimination, harassment, and disciplinary actions. Conduct legal research on employment law issues and stay updated on changes in relevant legislation and case law. Assist in drafting and reviewing employment contracts, separation agreements, and other employment-related documents. Collaborate with HR professionals and management to resolve employee relations issues. Work closely with legal advisor when necessary. Support the HR department in all HR related topics
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in legal /HR Strong communication skills
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
