JASARA Program Management Company is currently looking for a Delivery Director to join their team. As a Delivery Director at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of various programs and projects. Responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of multiple programs and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. Provide leadership and guidance to project managers and teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for program delivery-related matters. Identify potential risks and issues throughout the delivery process, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them. Monitor program and project performance, ensuring that appropriate metrics are in place and providing regular updates to senior leadership. Manage program budgets and resources effectively, optimizing utilization and ensuring cost control. Maintain a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices in program delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration). Minimum of 10 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the construction or infrastructure industry. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale programs and projects. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Sound knowledge of program management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Proficient in project management software and tools. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.* Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East region is preferred.
