Description
JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team. As a Design Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process for our construction projects. Working closely with our clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, you will ensure that projects are designed and executed to the highest standards, meeting both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the design team throughout the project lifecycle Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives Developing innovative and creative design concepts that align with client vision and project goals Overseeing the production of design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and presentations Ensuring that designs comply with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards Managing the design review process and incorporating feedback from clients and stakeholders Coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure design implementation Monitoring project progress and addressing any design-related issues or challenges Mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the design team

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in design management Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and regulations Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp Excellent project management and organizational skills Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines* Experience in the construction industry is preferred
