Could you be the full-time onsite Indirect Buyer in Riyadh, SA we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and strategic sourcing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, detail-oriented, and collaborative teammates. You'll be instrumental in optimizing the procurement process for non-core business goods and services, ensuring operational excellence and cost-efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as IT, Facilities Management, and Administration), establish strong vendor relationships, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers for indirect goods and services,
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in procurement processes,
Managing purchase orders and maintaining strong supplier relationships,
Developing and maintaining a procurement database for tracking purchases and expenditures,
Implementing procurement strategies that align with company objectives,
Collaborating with other departments to understand their indirect procurement needs,
Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness

Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field,
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and procurement software,

Experience or understanding of procurement processes and best practices,
Knowledge of supply chain management and vendor sourcing strategies
