We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Direct Home Contract Representative to join our team. As a Direct Home Contract Representative, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our home contracts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will work closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repairs of home systems and appliances. You will be responsible for reviewing contract terms, negotiating prices, and ensuring that all parties involved are in compliance with the terms of the contract. Additionally, you will handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the contract period.
The ideal candidate for this position has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail. You should have a solid understanding of contract management processes and a proven track record of successful contract management. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of home contracts, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction
Review and negotiate contract terms, ensuring that both parties are in agreement
Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to schedule installations, maintenance, and repairs
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the contract period
Track and monitor contract performance, ensuring that all deliverables are met in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain contract documentation, including amendments and change orders
Conduct regular performance evaluations of contractors to ensure quality and adherence to contract terms
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a similar role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of home systems and appliances is preferred, but not required
