Electric Motor Service Supervisor

Are you a seasoned electric motor expert with a knack for driving sales and managing teams?

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electric Motor Service Manager to join our growing team in Jubail. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing daily repair operations, fostering customer relationships, and propelling our sales growth in the region.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily workflow of the electric motor repair shop,ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  
• Supervise and motivate a team of technicians,providing technical guidance and ensuring quality control.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales of electric motors and related services.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the Jubail area.
  
• Prepare invoices,quotes,and other necessary paperwork.
  
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in electric motor technology and repair methods.
  
• Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for the team.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electric motor repair and sales,preferably in Jubail.
  
• Strong understanding of electric motor principles,operation,and troubleshooting.
  
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  
• Proficient in using relevant software and equipment.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
