Estimating Manager (EOI)

JASARA PMC is currently seeking expression of interest for the role of Estimating Manager. As the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for leading the estimation process for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate and competitive bid proposals that align with project requirements and specifications.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and subcontractors. • Lead the estimation process for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to identify cost factors and potential risks.
• Utilize industry-standard software and tools to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and quotations.
• Prepare and present bid proposals to management and clients.
