Female Bartender
The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar.
Essential Functions:
- Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of the bar.
- Takes ownership of the bar, knowing the names and preferences of their guests and VIPs, greeting, seating, running etc.
- Executes and facilitates service in cooperation with other Bartenders, servers, and managers.
- Taking and making beverage orders.
- Welcome all guests and ensure guests receive responsive, professional, and gracious service at all times.
- Develops rapport with guests.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment all times in the bar (front bar, back bar, floor).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Detail-oriented and self starter
- Strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to truly connect with guests & staff
- Team player
- Ability to proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
- Calm composure under pressure
- Product knowledge experts with mocktail, cocktail and mixing techniques
- Excellent people skills by means of a friendly, kind and likeable personality
- Fluent level of English
- Previous hotel or luxury brand experience preferred;
