Urgent for well-known company in KSA/ Riyadh need the following position:
Purpose:
The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the feed and poultry manufacturing company, also responsible for managing all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements by GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Provide insights and variance analysis to explain financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop annual operating budgets and long-term financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and senior management.
• Monitor actual financial results against budget and forecast, investigating, and explaining variances as necessary.
• Make recommendations for cost-saving initiatives and revenue enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, such as pricing strategies, capital investments, and expansion opportunities.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in the feed and poultry manufacturing industry.
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis techniques, and internal controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.
