Fleet Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bus Fleet Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our bus fleet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of fleet management, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, tracking vehicle usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and repairs for all buses in the fleet
• Monitor vehicle usage and optimize routes for maximum efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers for fleet maintenance and repair services
• Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to fleet management
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in safe working condition
• Handle any emergency situations or breakdowns that may occur during bus operations
