Key Accountabilities

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of all financial data of the company.
• Analyze and scrutinize financial reports.
• Issue decisions related to finance and accounting matters.
• Record all revenues, costs, and expenses accurately.
• Generate, review, and ensure invoices are in compliance with contracts.
• Maintain backup copies of accounting books.
• Provide accurate information to management regarding the company’s financial status and budget.
• Propose new financial decisions and present them to the board of directors.
• Analyze all company financial reports.
• Prepare and submit VAT returns through the Zakat, Tax, and Customs Authority website.
• Review monthly payroll and manage salary disbursements to employees.
• Develop cost centers for new company projects and monitor all projects and direct costs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial software and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of VAT legislation and compliance requirements.
