We have an opportunity for a General Manager, Customer Services with a government entity in Saudi Arabia. They would oversee all the customer experience activities, promote this idea throughout the entity, and keep the department running efficiently and profitably to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing operations, procedures, initiatives, and projects related to customer service.
Supervising the development of customer service strategy and plans
Manage and supervise all the services provided by the customer service centre.
Supervising reception and responding to customer inquiries and complaints received through all communication channels.
Supervising the preparation of guides for the services provided and the procedures followed.
Overseeing customer classification procedures and satisfaction measurement standards.
Supervising procedures for communicating with customers and fulfilling various requests.
Supervising the procedures for measuring customer satisfaction and developing and activating corrective plans.
Job Requirements:
The role is based full-time in Riyadh and in line with the Saudization targets, you MUST be a Saudi National to be considered.
Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, PR, Marketing or any related field.
At least 10 years of experience in customer service.
