We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic head of Cloud Storage to lead our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the storage, management, scalability, security, and migration of our cloud data solutions including MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, S3, and various cache databases.
This role is crucial for ensuring high availability, performance, and dynamic adaptation of our storage systems which support our company’s applications and services at scale.

● Strategic Leadership: Direct and enhance the strategy for our cloud storage infrastructure to support exponential data growth and dynamic business needs.
● Advanced Technical Management: Oversee the design and operation of complex database systems including MySQL, Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, and S3. Implement best practices for dynamic database management, data sharding, and efficient migrations.
● Innovation and Optimization: Drive innovation in cloud storage solutions, optimizing cost and performance through cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.
● Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure all cloud storage solutions comply with relevant laws and regulations, implementing robust security measures and risk mitigation strategies.
● Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other technology leaders to ensure that storage solutions are perfectly aligned with the company’s technology roadmap and business objectives.
