Head Of Operations

Oversee the daily operations of both the brokerage and insurance sales teams. Ensure operational excellence, timely follow-ups, and seamless customer experiences. Implement performance tracking systems to monitor sales and operational metrics.

• Serve as an escalation point for partner agencies for operational issues.
• Provide market feedback for senior executives as appropriate.
• Oversee scheduling, time off etc. taking into account business needs.
• Serve as a technical or business resource for the technical team and client service team as appropriate
• Work together with our technical team to improve our technology work flow.
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Familiarity with business and operational principles
• Excellent communication skills
• Leadership ability Outstanding organizational skills Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
• Provides oversight to department managers in handling points of friction and to maximize efficiency
• Ensure policies and highly skilled staff are supporting the organization
• Ensures a high level of performance at all levels to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and consistency of operations
