HR Business Partner (HRBP)

CEQUENS is looking for HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will play a key role in supporting HR operations, employee relations, and various other HR functions. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and other relevant HR functions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with business leaders to drive organizational success through HR initiatives.

Responses

• Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR expertise and guidance on all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, and other HR functions.
• Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive plans, and benefits administration.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance HR effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support organizational change initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring efforts, by providing HR expertise and guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve HR processes and practices.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
