We are seeking an experienced Saudi National HR Manager to join HEISCO team in Saudi Arabia (Al Khobar).
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, with a focus on navigating governmental platforms and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi Arabian labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with local hiring practices and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Coordinate with government ministries and departments to ensure compliance with legal requirements and obtain necessary permits and licenses.
- Stay updated on changes to labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and advise senior management on potential impacts.
- Handle employee benefits administration, including private medical insurance, annual leave, and social security (GOSI) in accordance with local regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company internal policy and procedures.
