Responsibilities:
Assist HR Supervisor to develop new HR policies and procedures that meet internal requirements and align with our company’s mission and values Serve as an advisor to other staff members regarding internal HR policies Oversee attendance, overtime and complete payroll process. Serve as a mediator in employee conflict and decide on corrective actions when required Assist the line managers in the performance appraisal process, such as scheduling meetings and filling the performance appraisal forms Support compliance with all relevant local legislation. Maintain employees personal files.
Requirements and skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field At least 2 years of experience as HR Supervisor. In-depth knowledge of HR practices, administration, and state and labor laws Experience using HRIS, such as Bayan Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Expertise in conflict management and great relationship-building skills Ability to take initiative and maintain confidentiality.
