Job Summary
The position will work with the Clients, Director of Operations, Safety Managers, Project Engineers and Project Administrator through the life cycle of a project. The Project Manager will be responsible for Job costs to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
Job Responsibilities
Principal Accountabilities - Work on medium and big size projects with project management team - Coordinating and directing project design, permitting and construction from owner contract negotiation through project closeout. - Financial, quality and safety performance of assigned projects. - Training and mentoring junior project team staff. - Provide mentorship to assistant project managers - Ensure field crew is on time and on budget - Coordinate subcontractors, personnel, tools, and equipment - Develop Site-Specific Safety Plans - Provide strong customer service to clients
