Job Purpose
:
To meet Legal obligations with all Parties, Safegaurding company interest and rights. (With all Stakeholders,Law & Regulations, Labour relations, Share holder, Suppliers, Customers, Employees,etc)
Key Responsibilities
¦
Meet legal obligations with all parties, safegaurding company interests and rights.
¦
Ensure Rights & duties of the contract are confirming to local country laws and regulations.
¦
Draft legal opinions, memoranda and other briefing documents preserving company rights & duties, stating precise company responsibilities.
¦
Represent AMICO in Legal Cases related to Labour issues, Customer Payments,etc.
¦
Provide internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to registration of new branch, Regulatory affairs (Licences, Work permits,etc)
¦
Study and Review distribution agreement for AMICO Group.
