Legal Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Officer to join our team in Riyadh,

Responsibilities:

1. Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other departments within the organization.
4. Manage and assist with legal disputes, including negotiations and settlement agreements.
5. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
6. Collaborate with external legal counsel as needed.
7. Assist with the development and implementation of legal strategies and initiatives.
8. Ensure the organization's compliance with all legal requirements.
9. Conduct legal trainings for employees to enhance their understanding of legal matters.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
2. Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabia's legal system and regulations.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
