Traffic Office Transactions
•Assists employees in the application for new driving licenses; renews expiring licenses.
•Processes registration of vehicles and renewal of the same on expiry.
•Liaises and works with third parties on settling damages from traffic accidents.
•Settles traffic citations and fines.
Chamber of Commerce Transactions
•Applies for company membership to the Chamber and the annual renewal of membership.
•Submits documents for authentication and stamping.

Dealings with other entities
•Makes the necessary follow-ups with local police authorities on all company and employee-related matters.
•Applies to the Municipal authorities for the issuance of health permits for workers of residential compounds.
•Meets-and-greets company visitors.
•Liaises with utility companies for procurement of service and/or settlement of bills.

The position of Account Manager plays a key role in leading the sales effort with UOP’s potential and current customers. Civil/Structural Engineer Job

Job Description:

Position requires thorough knowledge of civil/ structural design and engineering techniques. Candidate will be responsible from site analysis, design stage up to the project implementation/construction.

Essential Functions
 Perform structural design and analysis calculations using governing codes and standards, engineering formulas, skills and experience
 Investigating ground conditions and analyzing results of site tests, such as soil samples
 Making drawings, specifications and computer models of structures for building contractors
 Liaising with other designers, including Architects, to agree on safe designs and their fit with the aesthetic concept of the construction
 Analysing configurations of the basic structural components of a building or other structure
 Using computers and computer-aided design (CAD) technology for simulation studies e.g. STAAD
 Site supervision and scheduling
 Develop probable construction estimates
 Dealing with Governmental Agencies such as Power, Utilities, Civil Defense and Roads

IT Specialist (Linux and Network expertise) Job

Position Summary:

The IT Specialist installs, modifies and makes repairs to computer hardware and software systems and provides technical advice and support to system users at the ETS offices and clients’ offices. The position requires an in depth understanding of desktop support, networking, software development and system administration principles. The role of an IT Specialist is multi-faceted.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Identify and procure hardware and software
2. Install hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, printers and disk drives on users’ premises
3. Knowledge of scripting and software development especially in Linux environment.
4. Troubleshoot, repair, maintain and perform testing activities on computer equipment, peripherals, data communication, computer network and phone systems
5. Load appropriate software packages such as operating systems (win XP, Vista, Linux), networking components and office applications
6. Assist in customizing and adapting existing programs to meet users’ requirements
7. Provide telephone, in-person and online support to end-users
8. Refer major hardware programs to service personnel to correct
9. Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
10. Administer email and anti-virus on servers, laptops and desktop computers
11. Rotate daily back-up media
12. Possess a working knowledge of physical cabling, CAT 5 and punch-down
13. Assist the IT Manager when necessary
14. MCSE, MSCA, Linux, Oracle or Cisco certifications are a plus

Position Summary:

Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Prepare profit and loss statements and monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, and document business transactions.
3. Establish, maintain, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
4. Analyze and review budgets and expenditures for local, international and private funding, and contracts.
5. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
6. Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
7. Prepare and review monthly time-sheets, vacation & leave benefits and reports, claims, end of service benefits, health insurance, others.
8. Following up the service orders, invoices and payments with clients.
9. Analyze revenue and expenditure trends and recommend appropriate budget levels, and ensure expenditure control.
10. Explain billing invoices and accounting policies to staff, vendors and clients.
11. Resolve accounting discrepancies.
12. Recommend, develop and maintain financial databases, computer software systems and manual filing systems.
13. Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
14. Other duties as assigned such as to provide accounting policy orientation for new staff.
